Paid audit, source-code and enterprise licences are not currently offered. The following information describes possible future licensing models and does not constitute a binding offer.

Jessa Studio applications are proprietary software. Regular releases are provided free of charge under the licence terms supplied with each project. Additional models may later be introduced for companies and organisations, particularly for security reviews, compliance and long-term operational use.

Free binary licence

The published application may be used free of charge as an unchanged binary release, subject to the project-specific licence terms.

  • Access to the source code
  • Guaranteed technical support
  • Individual modifications or training
  • Guaranteed maintenance of specific versions

The licence terms supplied with the relevant project and release always take precedence.

Audit Source License

Audit source-code licence

Time-limited access to the source code of a specifically identified version may enable internal reviews and external audits.

Intended scope

  • Internal security and compliance reviews
  • Technical software approvals and certification work
  • Access for expressly named external auditors
  • Supporting documentation where available

Not included

  • Publication or general redistribution
  • Production use of independently compiled builds
  • Further development or sublicensing
  • Unlimited support or fixed response times

Review period, authorised persons, confidentiality and written questions would be defined in an individual agreement.

Enterprise Source License

Enterprise source-code licence

For selected projects, permanent internal source-code access with precisely defined modification and operational rights may be offered later.

Intended scope

  • Permanent internal archival of the source code
  • Creation of internal builds where agreed
  • Modifications for the organisation’s own operations
  • Long-term internal continuity planning

Not included

  • Transfer of copyright or ownership
  • Public publication or distribution
  • Resale or use in competing products
  • Additional services not expressly agreed

Scope, term, supported versions and exact usage rights would be agreed separately with each organisation.

Optional continuity protection

Source Code Escrow

Source-code deposit for operationally critical applications.

Under a possible escrow arrangement, source code would be deposited with an independent party and released only when contractually defined events occur. This can provide additional continuity assurance without granting immediate general source-code access.

Communication and services

No automatic entitlement to support.

Free application releases do not include an entitlement to personal support, fixed response times, telephone availability or on-site services. Contact is generally available through the contact form or by email.

Assistance with audits, installation, modifications, maintenance or training may later be offered solely under an express individual agreement.

Non-binding demand assessment

Is there a potential need?

Companies and organisations may already send a non-binding indication of which project and model could be relevant. This creates neither an entitlement to availability nor an obligation to enter into an agreement.

Paid licences cannot currently be ordered or purchased. Prices, contractual terms and availability have not yet been determined.
